Each year, we are often able to accommodate attendees who are on our waiting list.

 

Maximum of four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children per room

Discounted Resort Fee: $20 per room, per day plus applicable tax

2 night deposit required

(Group does verify that hotel rooms are being used by conference attendees.  Individuals using the group rate but not attending the conference may have to forgo the group rate should the conference rate sell out.)

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Thirty Days up to Seven Days Prior to Arrival:  All cancellations received within this time period will be assessed two nights' room rental, plus applicable taxes and posted to individual credit cards.

Seven Days Prior to Arrival: Any and all adjustments to a reservation within this period, will be assessed the cost of the full length of stay, plus applicable taxes and posted to individual credit cards.
