Hotel Cancellation Policy should be verified directly by attendee with the hotel at time of booking.  NCUMA conference registration cancellation policy is no refunds within 30 days of the event (no exceptions).

 

Additional Room Occupants:

The above mentioned rates are for single or double occupancy.  However: please note this is a historic property.  Each room offers a unique footprint with varying bedding options.  Please verify your sleeping needs when making a reservations.  Some rooms have one queen bed, some have one King, some have two double beds, etc.  Fairmont Gold level rooms are all one bed per room.

Beyond double occupancy, each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $30 CAD per room per night.  Fairmont Gold is an additional $50 CAD.  There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents.  Maximum occupancy is 4 per room.

 

Parking:

A limited number of indoor parking is available.

Daily self or valet parking $25++ CAD per car, per day

Overnight self parking $45++ CAD per car, per day

Overnight valet parking $50 ++ CAD per car, per day
